We help business owners retire with peace of mind knowing that their Legacy, Their Employees, and Their Customers are in a Safe Pair of Hands.

freyetic {pronounced frey - etic} comes from the Norse god Freyer, the ruler of peace, fertility, rain, sunshine, and prosperity, and the ballroom dancing term balletic meaning graceful and smooth.

It’s just a name, but we understand that naming things can give them a purpose and life of their own.

We created freyetic to help business owners protect their legacy, their employees, even their customers and vendors move into the future with peace and prosperity by giving them a smooth transition into retirement.

But those are just a bunch of pretty words.

Who are we, what exactly do we do,  and how can we help you?

That’s what you really want to know.

Torbjorn “Toby” Bergstrom -- Visionary - Interim CEO - Director of Education - Director of Acquisitions -

Shuhui Ma -- Implementer - Director of Operations - Compliance Officer -

Ryan Seekatz -- Implementer - Director of Business Development -

Toby and Shuhui have more than 50 years experience in manufacturing working in and with both large and small businesses.

Ryan has been a backwoods hunting guide, worked the oil fields on the north slope, and you might find his picture next to “work-ethic” in the dictionary.

All three of us are experienced investors and business owners and are dedicated to making sure your business continues to operate and grow.

We focus on the acquisition and operation manufacturing businesses that use CNC machine tools, CNC Machine Shops, businesses that sell to CNC Machine Shops, and businesses that buy from CNC Machine Shops.

Our intent with every acquisition is to continue to operate the business in place, keeping all of the employees employed and all of the customers served.

As with so many industries today one of the biggest problems in CNC Machine Shops, is finding and keeping good employees. This is just one of the areas where we bring some special sauce.

Toby spent most of the last 20 years teaching Manufacturing Engineering and Robotics Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he created some of the best tools in the world for teaching CNC Operation, Programming, and Setup. In one program they were able to take long term displaced workers, train them and get them jobs in local industry after only 8 weeks of training.
